Valentina Paduano is Chief Risk Officer & Sustainability Director at Sogefi Group, a multinational company producing components for the automotive industry, listed in the Milan Stock Exchange. She is member of ANRA since 2014 and the last 25 June she has been elected as member of the Board of the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) by the federation’s general assembly.
Valentina has a degree in economics at the Bocconi’s University in Milan and started her career in consultancy, in the Risk Management & Compliance area, for Ernst & Young and Protiviti. During these years, she had the occasion to go deeper into the discipline, studying and applying to different organizations the fundamentals of risk and insurance management, trying not only to leave a concrete useful framework but to in still all those realities with a sense of risk management culture and approach. In 2014 Valentina joined the multinational Prysmian Group as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Specialist, and had the occasion to work in an international context and continuously face clients all over the world.
Valentina teaches to the ALP (ANRA Learning Path) and other training course specialized in ERM. She holds the FERMA rimap risk management certification in 2017.
