Lottie joined Hiscox in 2017 and is responsible for strategic development of the Security Incident Response (SIR) policy. She spent seven years in the security sector, first as an analyst in the subjects of governance, security, terrorism and fiscal and macroeconomic issues and then later, managing and supporting on kidnap, piracy and threat extortion cases worldwide. She is a graduate of Oxford University and holds a Masters in International Politics.
