Edwin joined Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions on 15 April 2019 as Chairman for the EMEA region. His main focus is on bringing his strategic insights to help accelerate the execution of the regional M&A and Transaction Solutions growth plan and on strengthening relationships with private equity and infrastructure clients.
Prior to that, Edwin was a Managing Director at Marsh Limited with a strong track record establishing, building and leading Marsh’s Private Equity and M&A Services business across the EMEA region, and developing the firm’s growth strategy for Marsh’s Infrastructure sector business globally. During this time, he led a regional matrix business interfacing with multiple geographies and product lines, and engaging with clients at all levels to deliver sustained revenue growth over a 21 year period.
Furthermore he was a director on the Boards of Kessler & Co AG, Marsh’s Swiss correspondent partner; Marsh Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş.,Turkey; Marsh Corporate Services Ltd. in London; and the Marsh S.A.S. supervisory board, Paris.
